Elana Luppino

Elana Luppino (she/her) is SJN’s Program Operations Manager: She supports the program team and helps to facilitate operational excellence across the organization. Elana brings deep experience in media and creative operations, having previously served as Executive Director of Creative Operations at The Wall Street Journal’s custom content studio The Trust and Director of Marketing Operations at The Washington Post. She also serves on the board of directors for Journeys in Film, a nonprofit that uses storytelling to foster global understanding and empathy. Passionate about mission-driven work, Elana is dedicated to building systems and strategies that enable teams to create meaningful, lasting impact. She holds a master’s degree in international affairs with a focus on media and culture from The New School.
