Molly Crossley’s work prioritises process over headlines. She applies the principles of journalism at a community level, driven by a mission to rebuild trust between media and the people it is meant to serve.
She has collaborated with media organisations such as Bauer Media and Bite Your Tongue Productions, as well as creative clients including Anisha Parmar Studio. Her work also extends to the charity sector, where she has partnered with organisations including Evolve Music, Rise Mental Health, and Actiontrack Performance Company.
An award-winning, BJTC-accredited journalist, Molly brings extensive experience in audio journalism, podcast production, and audio storytelling. With a Master’s degree in Journalism specialising in Audio Documentary and a qualification in Media Law, she combines technical expertise with a creative and compassionate approach to storytelling.
Molly is dedicated to using the principles of Solutions Journalism to foster hope, empathy, and connection within UK media. She channels this mission into her work with aspiring student journalists, helping them begin their journey with curiosity, and empathy.
She is inspired by the words of journalist Malini Chakrabarty: “Giving a voice to the deliberately unheard.”
