Solutions Journalism in Difficult Times

Rubryka has been an online resource for news in Ukraine since 2018. Since then, the outlet has remained strong during the COVID-19 pandemic and the war with Russia. It was during the former that the outlet and its founder, Anastasia Rudenko, pivoted to solutions journalism, something that has become only more important as the war has dragged on. Through all of that, Rubryka has become an incredible example of how to find and cover solutions in seemingly impossible situations.
