A Heartfelt Gathering in Africa

 The recent SoJo Africa Summit in Nigeria, hosted by Nigeria Health Watch (NHW), was planned to mark the end of the Solutions Journalism Africa Initiative. But that wasn’t the purpose of the event. Rather, it was designed to ensure the explosion of solutions reporting in Africa continues by bringing together dozens of people doing the work. Two SJN-ers were there, and based on their reflections and an array of social media posts from attendees (peruse the hashtag on LinkedIn or Instagram to see), the event was a remarkable success.
