Two experienced SoJo journalists recently took to their digital pens and pads to share a bit about how the practice has impacted them.

Emily Stifler Wolfe, a SoJo veteran now working in coaching and consulting, wrote about the intersections between solutions journalism and how we speak and learn. And Lyric Aquino, a journalist in the Climate Beacon Newsroom Initiative Indigenous Cohort, reported from the Society of Environmental Journalists conference, where her panel covered how solutions journalism in Indigenous news helps “[create] a space for people to see the interconnectedness of health, humanity, science, food, religion [and] politics.”
