I am an elementary school teacher in Seoul, South Korea. I designed LEAD, a year-long curriculum that applies solutions journalism to 11- and 12-year-olds: students investigate a problem in their community, verify evidence, propose a law, and produce their own news report on it. One student bill was recognized at Korea's National Assembly for Children.
