Neal Peirce Foundation’s Travel Grant Program
Each year, we’re honored to share the Neal Peirce Foundation’s travel grant program for city solutions, and the time has come once more in 2026. The foundation offers grants of up to $1,500 to help “journalists ... travel to cities within the U.S.” covering “under-told stories about ways to make cities and their metro regions work better for all their people.” Lots of terrific solutions stories have come from these grants, and we want to see even more. Apply by Oct. 13.
