Our mission is "to ensure a smarter social purpose world." We are the only media outlet in Canada covering the non-profit sector, and we do so through a combination of breaking news and solutions-journalism features and a focus on the short and medium term future.

HOW TO PITCH:

We are looking for stories about the Canadian social services sector - non-profits, philanthropists, charities, crown corporations, labour movements, the environment, Indigenous rights, DEI, ethical technology and AI. Basically if your job or your passion is making the world a better place, we cover it. Stories must have a strong Canadian connection. Note that we are discerning about the pitches we take.

Pay rates are $1 CND/word, stories are generally 800-1,200 words in length.
