We've heard from many small newsrooms (and not-so-small ones!) that they struggle to help their communities make sense of new government cuts and reforms. One way to be useful with your reporting is to take a solutions focus: what and who is working to protect the vulnerable?

Join the Solutions Journalism Network (SJN) to hear how four journalists found and reported a solutions story. They'll provide advice and tips about how to do this in a small newsroom, too. You'll get a tip sheet to take home.

Plus, newsrooms that attend the webinar can also join SJN's Office Hours (at 2 p.m. Eastern on Thursdays Sept. 18 and 25 and Oct. 2 and 9) to kick around ideas and solve challenges with other newsrooms and SJN staff.
